What the form does
The form validates details in the browser and on the server. When the production credential is configured, the enquiry is forwarded to the Lambda team through Resend; without it, nothing is forwarded.
Website mini-assessment
On the website-development page, you can voluntarily request a mini-assessment. We use your name, company, email and message only to review the request manually and reply, aiming to respond within two business days. You may optionally include the website URL to review and the package that interests you. This is not a newsletter subscription or consent to later marketing messages.
Zbori webchat
Zbori is an optional external webchat. It loads only when the widget URL and tenant and bot identifiers are valid. When enabled, its frame and session may initialize as it loads, so Zbori may process chat content and use browser storage under its provider rules.
How long we keep it
Resend retains delivery data for up to 30 days on the configured plan. We keep enquiries delivered to Lambda's Gmail inbox for no longer than 12 months and review them monthly for deletion.
